This level-two ballet course is for learners over 65 who feel ready to challenge their ballet skills slightly beyond our absolute beginner course. Join instructors from Collage Dance Collective for eight weeks this series that provides a fun, welcoming, non-competitive environment. This course promotes mind and body wellness and aims to increase muscle strength, joint support and mobility, as well as cognitive functions such as coordination and concentration.
Class will meet on Wednesdays from 10-11 at Collage Dance Center on 3.22, 3.29, 4.5, 4.12, 4.19, 4.26, 5.3, 5.10.
